Depression and Antidepressants - indicator of Parkinson's disease

A new study has identified that depression could be one of the earliest indicators that a patient will later suffer from Parkinson's disease in the times to come.
The study has found that people who were taking antidepressants a year before they were diagnosed with Parkinson's were twice at risk for developing the symptoms of parkinsons disease as compared to those who were not taking the drugs for depression.

The researchers also explored the antidepressant use among Parkinson's patients.
