chemo brain - missing memories in breast cancer survivors

Does short term and long term memory loss takes place in women undergoing chemotherapy as part of their breat cancer treatment?

There is a widespread acknowledgment in the medical world and patients that patients with cognitive symptoms are not imagining things, and more oncologists are rushing to offer remedies, including stimulants commonly used for attention-deficit disorder and acupuncture.

Virtually it has been found that all cancer survivors that have had toxic treatments such as chemotherapy do get to experience short-term memory loss and difficulty in concentrating on things during and shortly afterward. But a vast majority improve with time up to completely.
