Olympus launches E-420 DSLR

Olympus has launched a new entry-level DSLR that hopes to entice photography enthusiasts to switch to a digital SLR camera from their compact. Olympus E-420, will cost £379.99 and be available in April.

The technology guarantees exceptionally true-to-life image reproduction while reducing noise and enhancing processing speed. The camera will offer a 10 megapixel sensor, 28 shooting modes and Live View on the 2.7-inch screen as well as the company's TruePic III image processor which enables the implementation of Shadow Adjustment Technology (SAT).
