Embedded biometric fingerprint readers from Silex America

Biometric reader developer Silex Technology has released two new fingerprint sensors that can be embedded in hardware to limit both access and theft.

E1 and E3, the two new biometric fingerprint sensors can be embedded into hardware to limit access and potential data theft from small to complex computer systems.

The intelligent sensors from Silex extract and capture the minutiae of a fingerprint for matching and can integrate into any system because all of the biometric-related activities occur within the reader.
