ATI Radeon HD 2000 series from AMD

AMDs long awaited ATI Radeon HD 2000 series of graphics processing units (GPUs) has been finally introduced in the marketplace as a challenge to Nvidias GeForce 8 series that has been first introduced in November 2006.

The ATI Radeon HD 2000 series for desktop PC will incorporate cards that's based upon the 2900 XT, 2600 XT, 2600 Pro, 2400 XT, and 2400 Pro GPUs that have a range from high- to low-end.

The ATI Radeon HD 2000 series is empowered by the highly acknowledged native ATI CrossFire technology, making available new avenues for a multitudinal array of multi-GPU configurations and removing any kind of necessity for any master cards.
