Time for the Wi-Fi iPod to make an entry in the new age of ipods

Rumor has it that Apple plans the release of a new iPod model that will be powered with Wi-Fi onboard.

Sansa Connect from Sandisk also uses Wi-Fi to enable its users to listen to music and view friends as well as photos.

The “Wi-Fi featuring” list already has Microsoft's Zune on very first place as the gadget that introduced wifi to portable mp3 music
