SpinPoint M5 - Samsung160 GB harddrive 2.5 inch

Samsung aims for the lead on the 2.5-inch market. Samsung SpinPoint M5 is a 160GB 2.5-inch hard drive designed for notebooks and

consumer electronics.

Samsung SpinPoint M5 spins at 5,400 RPM and uses a 1.5 Gbps SATA interface with 8 MB of cache memory.

Samsung has also announced a 200GB 2.5-inch hard drive, named as Samsung SpinPoint M1.
