AirCard 595U USB Modem from Verizon Wireless and Sierra Wireless

Verizon Wireless and Sierra Wireless have announced the availability of the Sierra Wireless AirCard(R) 595U USB modem for use with Verizon Wireless' BroadbandAccess service.

AirCard 595U modem is compatible with USB ports on most notebook and desktop computers. The modem can also be connected through the included docking cradle, which provides an alternative for customers without PCMCIA card slots.

The modem has designed to provide customers access to Verizon Wireless' Evolution-Data Optimized Revision A (EV-DO Rev. A) network.
