CTEL Inc. has realeased a flexible, high gain, low profile panel antenna solution for WiMAX Consumer Premise Equipment (CPE).

The new antenna is here to provide an exceptional gain of 18dBi and has been developed to cover the 3.4GHz to 3.6GHz of the frequency range to offer exceptional Wimax services.

The new antenna from CTEL has a feature that enables the antenna to be provided in the form of kit without even along with the radome structure that is used for the integration with the CPE enclosure in order to work as a fully integrated CPE solution.

PCTEL has been involved in the innovation and delivery of new age WiMAX based base station systems and antennas adapting and harnessing the iVET technology that the company has acquired when the company went through its acquisition of Sigma Technologies in the past.
