Carbohydrates does affect Insulin - Carbohydrates and diabetes

The human body machine is made to runs on glucose. All the Carbohydrates that we eat get converted into glucose in the digestive tract during the process of digestion.

If you take in high quantity of Carbohydrates, then this will cause heavy Sugar spikes inside your body. With that, lot of Insulin will be reqired to consume that Carbohydrates and with that, if the insulin delivery is a bit delayed, then there are strong spikes of sugar to take place inside your body in the blood stream.

With that, take care that you do not take in high quantities of Carbohydrates at once. Virtues always lie in the middle.
