It is often misundertood that its the food that we eat that causes weight gain. When the hunger does become totally unbearable, we do in fact reach for all the wrong foods and thus do nothing but move in the direction of weight gain.

To become successful in your initiative of weight loss, you don't need to remain hungry or cut down your food supply. You just need to eat now differently. Hunger is a true diet-killer. We should keep awayfrom hunger all the time anyhow. Its always good to to eat little and often and never remain hungry.
