Future of the economic downturn and resulting challenges

Almost a whole year has passed and we are still facing lots of challenges on the economic front as well as on the wall street. There was a recent news in the marketplace that lots of hedge funds have faced substantial losses throughout this whole year and lots of hedge funds are at the verge of collapse!

I believe it is time for the small investor to take true long term decisions on their asset allocation formula and everyone should decide and optimize their asset allocation across different asset classes in such a way that you do not end up making that kind of huge losses in due course of time in the coming years in the future. It is about learning from the past in order to create a better future for ourselves!
