New video security software from Blackboard

Blackboard has entered into the business domain of security management with the launch of its new video surveillance application that Blackboard has introduced into the marketplace very recently.

The new software product will be included in the D.C.-based company's existing online commerce software, which provides transaction management applications to schools. The new software allows school administrators to monitor live and recorded video from a network of campus cameras, using a floor plan and map-based user interface.
