New enterprise software module from Zoho

Zoho has introduced a human resources management software package. The software as a service package, targeting organizations with 50 or more employees, is the company's latest move from free online office productivity software and into the enterprise market.

Zoho, a unit of Pleasanton-based AdventNet Inc., said it has more than 200 developers, most of them in India, working on the suite. The company added its new Zoho People, now in beta, to its other enterprise applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Meeting, and others.
