Asbestos claim in Madison from Bob Wheelis of Missouri

Bob Wheelis from Missouri who has been suffering from mesothelioma has filed an asbestos suit in Madison Circuit Court on Aug. 10, along with his claiming that his disease was wrongfully caused.

Wheelis has put forward his claim that during the course of his employment and during home and automotive repairs he was exposed to and inhaled, ingested or otherwise absorbed asbestos fibers emanating from certain products he was working with and around. According to Wheelis he first became aware that he suffered from mesothelioma in June.

Wheelis has projected that the defendants knew or should have known that the asbestos fibers contained in their products had a toxic, poisonous and highly deleterious effect upon the health of people.
