Color-Screen Radio, Signs Barry Switzer from XM Satellite

XM Satellite Radio, the satellite radio firm currently attempting to merge with rival Sirius, on Monday introduced a new radio that features a full-color, split-screen display, 60-minute pause and replay, and the ability to save up to 10 songs for later listening.

Switzer will soon appear live on the show "XM Sports Nation This Morning" with host T.J. Rives each Monday and Friday from 6:30-8:00 am, sizing up the week's biggest match-ups in college and professional football.

The $169 XpressRC is slated to ship in the fall. Separately, the company said it hired former Dallas Cowboys and University of Oklahoma coach Barry Switzer as a football analyst.
