Parkinson's Disease linked with pesticides

New research shows exposure to even small amounts of pesticide, can increase the risk of developing Parkinson's disease.

The global study, published in a British medical journal, shows contact with amounts used while gardening increases the chance of contracting the debilitating brain disease by nine per cent.

Parkinson's is an incurable, degenerative disease of the central nervous system that causes uncontrollable shaking, along with impaired speech and movement.
