Victim of road accident dragged for 20 miles

News sources on the internet are reporting of an unusual accident that has taken place right today on the new york highways. A man was hit by a SUV and was thrown to death right on the highways. Then there was another VAN in the scene that hooked the body of the dead person under the VAN and dragged it for over twenty miles.
