The future of the outsourcing industry and the economic downturn

When all the companies are going ahead with plans for laying off their employees and with the news of economic downturn floating all around, it is being said that the outsourcing industry in the developing countries will be adversely hit.

I personally believe that the outsourcing industry will be actually face a substantial boom during this economic downturn when all organizations and companies in the developed countries would like to save their money by paying to hired employees and they will actually prefer to outsource their tasks to the outsourcing companies out there!
