Thompson Plumb MidCap Fund launched from Thompson Plumb

Thompson Plumb of Madison has launched a new no-load fund. The Thompson Plumb MidCap Fund is here to focus on domestic equity securities with market capitalizations in the $1 billion to $10 billion range.

The new fund will be managed by the 37-year old veteran leading portfolio manager John Thompson who is the CEO of Thompson Plumb Funds.


Formed in 1987, Thompson Plumb Funds Inc. now has two mutual funds, the Thompson Plumb Growth Fund and the Thompson Plumb Bond Fund.
