S3 is selling the Chrome 430 GT PCI Express Gen 2 card at its online store, for the price of $59.95. The company has positioned the relatively tiny card as one that's ideal for small-form-factor PCs.

The S3 Chrome 430 GT PCI Express Gen 2 graphics card includes a 625-MHz core clock, and a 500-MHz, 64-bit memory interface that connects to up to 256 Mbytes of GDDR-2 memory.

A "ChromotionHD 2.0" engine decodes of MPEG-4/AVC (H.264), MPEG-2, VC-1, WMV-HD, and AVS video. The chip is manufactured on Fujitsu's 65-nm wafer fabs.
