Microsoft launches Office Accounting application 2008

Microsoft has launched a new application in the small business accountancy channel. The company has launched the launch of Office Accounting application 2008 which is the application is aimed at businesses of up to 25 employees and provides VARs with opportunities to target companies that may lack an in-house accountant or any IT support.

The rival accountancy software vendors such as the Sage and Pegasus are here to face the competition from the giant and the new product, but hopefully Microsoft would pose no threat on their “already established” market positions with the loyal user base that they are having at the moment.
