LogiStack Plate Sortation from Nela

Nela is here to launch a new kind of product which is known as LogiStack to the U.S. marketplace. The product is here to offer intelligent plate sortation in order to help printers eliminate manual plate sorting for all web and sheetfed offset presses. this is a new kind of technology which is here for assisting printers in the printing process.


When a new job is released, be plates are automatically removed from the queue and delivered to the sorting bins based on press position, as it eliminates the time-consuming hand sorting that can result in damage to plates and also waste of time and inefficiency in the whole process.

The new product LogiStack is a completely automated sorter with a staging queue that automatically organizes imaged plates in accordance with their location on press. Nela's LogiStack software automatically interacts with the press software to obtain information on where each plate must go on press.
