EMC has recently started offering Smarts VOIP Performance Manager and Smarts VOIP Performance Reporter solutions for managing VOIP and IP telephony environments.

The new SMARTS VOIP solutions from EMC monitor call volumes, call quality and route patterns so as to make sure that the overall service levels are being perfectly met and offer performance and trend reporting to the users of the service.

The SMARTS solutions deliver information on availability of the telephone service, phone extensions, phone calls, voice quality and interconnections to telecommunications providers.
