Hyperopia - Defination and treatment
Hyperopia is also known as hypermetropia of the human eyes. Hypermetropia is a condition in which the patient surfers from farsightedness. Hypermetropia is certainly a defect of the vision of the eyes which is caused by imperfection in the eyes as understood by the scientific community.
In case of farsightedness the the patient can only see things in the far clearly whereas the patient is not able to see all the things which are near clearly. That is why this condition is known as farsightedness because the patient is only able to see things at the far distances.
