Drunken Driving Legislation finaly introduced by Michigan

Just now came to know from the news sources on the internet that honorable state representative, Jim Marleau having positive support of the Mothers Against Drunk Driving, has finally introduced a very new legislation to include all drunken driving incidents that have been taking place all across the United States of America that prosecute a Michigan driver.

When this bill is introduced and if this bill gets passed then this specific legislation will be here to allow prior drunken driving convictions in all the other states of United States of America to be taken into due consideration and this may be utilized to increase the overall punishment if the specific person is investigated and prosecuted within the Michigan for drunken driving. I believe this law very important and this is going to positively help the administration prevent drunken driving.
