Irregular sleep - cause of heart diseases and heart attacks

Under the study, researchers have identified that the human brain waves and airflow at the nose and the mouth in 135 men and women, and these people had no history of sleep disorders. Now after the test, the recorded data has shown that there exists a relationship between sleep disruption and increased blood clotting.

The findings of the study are published in the March issue of Chest journal.

Sleep disruption has to be taken very seriously. It is known that certain forms of sleep disruption, such as obstructive sleep apnea, convey extensive cardiovascular risk.
