Microsoft Deepfish - mobile Web browser

Microsoft Deepfish a mobile Web browser has been launched. Microsoft Deepfish aims at making surfing the Internet on wireless devices as convenient and feature-rich as browsing on a PC.

Microsoft Deepfish, a preview of the technology is available from Microsoft's Live Labs Web site.

Microsoft said Microsoft Deepfish is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and will close access to Deepfish once downloads reach a certain, unspecified number.

I believe that's google's strategy of limiting access to services so as to generate demand... same as google did with gmail and orkut!
