The future ahead for Nancy Burpee

Nancy Burpee is a marvellous swift swimmer... She was disqualified from Athens, Greece Paralympics in 2004, when a a technical problem came over regarding which category she should have competed in. This was truly disturbing for Burpee herself and all her fans...

Burpee hired simmons jannace & stagg to raise her voice against the judgement... Simmons, Jannace & Stagg clearly demonstrated that the US Paralympic swim trials were not held in accordance with the prespecified paralympic rules. There were firm evidence to prove the same. But at last, an independent arbitrator in the case decided against her.

For now, Burpee is focusing on preparing for the world championship to be held very soon.
